  • At traffic signals turn left
    (signposted Town Centre)
  • Turn right onto Cookson Street - A586
  • Continue forward onto Dickson Road
  • Turn left
  • Turn right onto Promenade - A584
  • Turn right onto Warley Road
  • Turn left onto Gynn Avenue
  • The Rossdene House is on the left hand side approximately half way along Gynn Avenue
